BP’s Unity platform 10 x 3.5m welfare module was delivered to our in-house blast cleaning and painting facility, where it was prepared and painted to the highest standard.
A non-isosynate paint system and finish was used, which is of great importance to companies such as BP. This is due to the products non VOC content, making it one of the most environmentally friendly on the market. The 3 coat system was applied after balst cleaning to S.A.3, leaving a film finish with a total DFT of 400 microns.
BP requested for one end to be re-painted yellow with their logo and platform name applied, the module was then used as a unique company presentation piece.
