Auchmacoy Estate had their grain drier shot blasted and painted during re-fit works. This will extend it’s life by another 20 years. Our plant and equipment was brought on to site and the drier was shot blasted back to bare steel. There was then a 3 pack epoxy paint system applied in order to achieve the required protection.

New purpose built workshop for offshore service company Balmoral of Aberdeen Prior to handover PBP Services were called to clean, prepare and paint all internal surfaces with massonary paints to block work walls within workshop areas store rooms and offices as well as assisting with all other internal surface finishings.

PBP Services were contacted by a main construction company to seal fibre glass tanks internal surfaces with polyurea encasement application. Polyurea the fast instant cure rubber/plastic elastomeric encasement coating was supplied and applied internally to fibre glass storage tanks, used for the scrubbing process of turning food waste into methane gas, which could heat up to 90,000 homes daily in Glasgow. Seafield Estate had problems with their grain store. The galvanised box profile wall sheeting was showing signs of corroding and required shotblasting.  We applied 3 coat’s of 2 pack offshore paint system was then applied in order to protect the surface for many years to come.
